How long is each therapy session?

Our standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. However, we also offer extended sessions of 75 or 90 minutes for certain types of therapy or for clients who prefer a longer session.

Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?

Yes, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions. These are convenient options for clients who prefer to receive therapy from the comfort of their own home or who have scheduling constraints.

Is therapy confidential?
